You will always be notified and must provide written approval before any overage work is performed. There are no surprise charges.

What happens if my needs exceed the included monthly hours?

Work performed beyond the included monthly hours is billed at $150 per hour, in 15-minute increments. You will always be notified and must provide written approval before any overage work is performed.

Are add-on services available?

Yes. Add-on services are available at $150 per hour and include special projects such as historical document organization, net worth statement preparation, insurance claim submission and tracking (for Stewardship and Oversight clients), mail processing and scanning, and on-site visits billed for time and travel.

Can I change my package after starting?

Yes. Package adjustments can be discussed at any time. We will review your current needs and recommend the most appropriate level of support going forward.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

Our engagements are governed by a Client Services Agreement. Please contact us to discuss terms and any minimum commitment requirements.

Do you provide legal, tax, or investment advice?

No. Granitefield Financial provides administrative, organizational, and coordination services only. We do not provide legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, or financial planning requiring licensure.
