Serving as Trustee or Executor — Or needing someone qualified to serve.

A trustee or executor is responsible for records they didn't create, accounts they've never seen, and beneficiaries who will eventually ask questions.

Granitefield handles the financial administration so the responsibility stays manageable. You keep the role, the authority, and every decision.

What we handle

  • Asset inventory — what exists, where it's held, how it's titled
  • Bill payment and expense tracking through the administration period
  • Monthly account reconciliation
  • Document organization and secure storage
  • Records structured so your attorney can work from them directly
  • Written monthly reporting
  • Coordination with the attorney, CPA, and advisor already involved

What we don't do

We do not provide legal or tax advice, and we do not manage investment portfolios. Where court accountings or legal judgments are required, we coordinate directly with your estate planning attorney or CPA with all underlying records organized.

Direct Fiduciary Appointments

In addition to supporting family members serving as fiduciaries, our qualified individual professionals are available to be named directly as Trustee, Co-Trustee, Executor, or Personal Representative in your estate planning documents.

How it starts

A 15-minute call. Tell us where things stand and we'll tell you whether we can help.
